Poudriere: updating after origin chance

I had php81 installed on my system. Freebsd made php82 the new default.

I used: pkg set -o lang/php81:lang/php82 to change the origin.

When I run poudriere, it does not install php82 or any of the
extensions and rebuild the ports that now depend on php82. What am I
doing wrong?
