By that you mean you want to download all the packages that are currently on a mirror, for FreeBSD 12?

I don’t think so.  They’d be out of date fairly immediately.

A note in the repo says:

Our distfiles cache has been moved to:

http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/

distfiles can be fetched by name from there, as specified
in the corresponding port that uses it.

But trying to view the index returns forbidden — for a reason, I think.
