I tested several related programs. It depends on what you want to do, but IMO the SkySafari apps (SkySafari, SkySafari Plus, SkySafari Pro and probably even SkyPortal, based upon SkySafri) are the best for almost all, if not all purposes. SkyPortal is for free as in beer, https://apps.apple.com/us/app/celestron-skyportal/id877780544 , but all the SkySafari apps don't run on FreeBSD (BSD or Linux). Regards, Ralf
