chromium-111.0.5563.64_1 exits 133 Trace/BPT trap on 13.2-RC3

Chrome cannot start and exit immediately.
This problem happens on following hardware:

CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F (2496.00-MHz K8-class CPU)
ASUS prime Z690-P D4 MB

FreeBSD 11.4-R - 12.4-R do not have this problem on the same hardware.
Is this a bad build of chromium?
