The SIM provider (Cubacel) does not allow connection to outbound port 25, but to port 465. With the following parameters the MUA 'mutt' can send mails fine: set smtp_pass="xxxxxxxxx" set smtp_url="smtps://xxxxxxxxxxx@smtp.1blu.de:465" For sendmail I have the following configuration which works fine with smtp to port 25 to my ISP when I use Wifi or datamobile in Europe: # cat /etc/mail/auth/client-info AuthInfo:smtp.1blu.de "U:root" "I:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" "P:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" This is hashed into the DB file: # ls -l /etc/mail/auth total 100 -rw------- 1 root wheel 69 27 ago. 2015 client-info -rw-r----- 1 root wheel 131072 27 ago. 2015 client-info.db What would be the change in /etc/mail/auth/client-info for smtps, port 465?
