pkgdb question

I may be misremembering this but I thought pkg could convert from the it's
native SQLite format to a text liesing w origins.

I have been making backups for the express purpose of being able to
reinstall everything, in the event I need to.

pkg.backup: SQLite 3.x database, user version 35, last written using SQLite
version 3032003


Is there a way to extract the list of ports, preferably w origins, since
there seem to be no pkg repos I can use? I suspect I should just move on
from 11.x since I am not rebuilding, rather that repairing.
