KDE reboots instead of power off after 13.0 -> 13.1 upgrade

Hi,

this week I upgraded my desktop from 13.0 to 13.1 and found, that shutdown action in KDE now reboots my PC instead of power it off. As a workaround I added

hw.efi.poweroff=0

into /etc/sysctl.conf and now it power off my desktop again, like it was in 13.0. Does anybody know is this change something known?
