I do not use any laptop , I do not know any USB_c --->  RJ - 45

If you search one of the following phrases  Internet in your country ,
it is very likely that you are going to find suitable connectors :

Then you need to find in a suitable length , an

Ethernet to Ethernet cable .

I think  "One GigaBit" capable cable is suitable .
