GIGABYTE B660M DS3H acpi0 error and many none device output from pciconf -lv

Hi,

I already upgrade my CPU server a couple days ago with GIGABYTE B660M 
DS3H DDR4 (rev. 1.0) -- 
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B660M-DS3H-DDR4-rev-10#kf, but I 
seem to see I some error message. Here's a snippet from /var/log/messages:
