Hi,

what OS is used on the MacBook Plus?

An Apple OS likely has got an accessibility feature with high contrast
mode. FreeBSD and Linux window managers or desktop environments can be
used with an appropriate windows and icon theme.

Firefox 101.0.1 (on Linux and likely FreeBSD, too) with Menu bar
enabled:

View > Page Style > [x] No Style

To change the blue and violett link colours:

Edit > Settings > General > Colors > Manage Colors...

If the above isn't already enough:

  Edit > Settings > General > Website appearance > Extensions & Themes

Searching for "high contrast" returns 293 results.
