Our experience does not bear that out. We send all over the internet albeit 
with postfix. SPF seems to be required at a minimum. In the past few weeks 
Google has gotten a bit more agressive with SPF. We have encountered one ISP, 
t-online.de, that requires a DKIM record. So far we have not implemented DMARC. 
All this will change over time of course, but I do not think any of the above 
will change non-spam --> just by the upgrade.
