Perhaps installing Vosk[1][2] (Speech to Text) under FreeBSD, but
there's no port. It's the successor of Sphinx[3] from Carnegie-Mellon
University.

It will need an IDE that support it.

There's a project numen[4] (linux) that uses it for window manager use
and as far as I read, code in NeoVim.
