Update to 12.3 glitches

When running freebsd-update install after a freebsd 12.1 to 12.3 upgrade, I’m getting some errors:

/usr/sbin/freebsd-update install
Installing updates...install: ///usr/src/contrib/apr/include/private/apr_encode_private.h: No such file or directory
install: ///usr/src/sys/sparc64/include/pcpu_aux.h: No such file or directory
install: ///usr/src/usr.sbin/amd/amd/Makefile.depend.options: No such file or directory



What should I do about it?
