Laer in the thread it sounded like that issue was fixed in 13.1 and main (14), but only started seeing this issue a couple of weeks ago, possibly after a system upgrade. Could hte "fix" have gotten broken? I'll rummage through updates to rtwn tomorrow and see if I see anything interesting.
