Hi Christian,

The header file (db.h) is the one in /usr/include/ which I suppose comes in
the base.
I see it's exactly identical to the one in /usr/src/include/db.h. And I
could prove it's the one Exim was picking
because if I renamed it, the compiler would complain that it cannot find
dh.h.
