How to un-close a Bugzilla bug report ? (#258747)

This bugzilla bug is marked as fixed, but it is not fixed:

Who should I tell?  Who can un-mark this as "Fixed"?

I just did a fresh install of 13.0-STABLE (from Dec 16th) and firefox
crashed in the same fashion as described in the above bug report, and
with a strikingly similar stack backtrace.

I did the thing suggested at the end of the above bug report and ta da!
Firefox now works just fine.  The fix is:

(as root)
elfctl -e +noaslrstkgap /usr/local/bin/firefox

-- or else (more directly) --

elfctl -e +noaslrstkgap /usr/local/lib/firefox/firefox
