Bug 285339 - Extension Error in textproc/py-sphinxcontrib-seqdiag

Hello,

Can someone please take a look at bug 285339 
for/textproc/py-sphinxcontrib-seqdiag/?

The recent change to distutils to remove setuptools as a run dep is 
causing consumers of this port to encounter a import error.

/Extension error:
Could not import extension sphinxcontrib.seqdiag (exception: No module 
named 'pkg_resources')/
