I believe this is due to the fact that mise includes sqlite3 module when
compiling Python. I've compiled using the diff provided in this bug report and
I have an issue with sqlite3 module. It's supposed to be provided apart from
the package itself.

I think there is an ongoing discussion on what to do with those modules.
