change py-gunicorn rc.d configuration

hi everyone, i filed this PR last week that modifies the py-gunicorn 
rc.d script:

I need this change in behavior so that i can rotate gunicorn logfiles, 
it will also allow us to optionally send other signals to the main 
gunicorn worker process.  any feedback would be really appreciated.
