I haven't had to send my Talos II or Blackbird boards in at all, but if 
no one on this mailing list has such experience, very likely you can try 
the #talos-workstation channel on the Libera IRC network. There are a 
lot of helpful people there and nearly all of them seem to own some kind 
of RaptorCS based POWER system. I haven't been active in there for a 
long time, but going back I remember a few people discussing having to 
send in their board for whatever reason.
