New 2025Q1 branch

Hi,

The 2025Q1 branch has been created. It means that the next update on the
quarterly packages will be on the 2025Q1 branch.

A lot of things happened in the last three months:

- SDL 3.1.6
- Sway 1.10

Please look at UPDATING 20241122, 20241112, and 20241110 for possible
disruptive changes.

Next quarterly package builds will start on Tuesday (1 AM UTC and
should be available on your closest mirrors few days later.
