libsignal-node-0.45.0_1 upgrade failed

Upgrading to libsignal-node-0.45.0_1 failed with a yarn error:

Error Can't make a request in offline mode 
("https://registry.yarnpkg.com/node-gyp-build/-/node-gyp-build-4.8.0.tgz"

Line 100 in the Makefile for libsignal-node:

"${SETENV} ${MAKE_ENV} yarn install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-optional 
--offline"

Removing the --offline from the Makefile allowed portmaster to complete 
the buildand update.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
