Fellow portmaster user here. First, note that what used to be called
py-setuptools_scm is now called py_setuptools-scm (punctuation change).
So remove the existing py39-setuptools_scm and I think everything should
be all right for you. There probably should have been a note about this
in UPDATING. -- George
