That appears to be a local diff.  I've got:

OPTIONS_EXCLUDE_armv6+= FLANG OPENMP
OPTIONS_EXCLUDE_armv7+= FLANG OPENMP
OPTIONS_EXCLUDE_i386=   FLANG OPENMP 
OPTIONS_EXCLUDE_powerpc=        FLANG OPENMP
OPTIONS_EXCLUDE_riscv64=        LLDB
