I think this is just poor error/warning message wording,
actually indicating something like the lack of packages
on the distribution server that ended up being used.

You might have tried during the update of the distribution
server that ended up being used, for example.

Retrying later may given a different message.

I just looked and the most recent build started on:

Mon, 01 May 2023 13:19:19 GMT

and took:

75:16:18

git was still in the skipped list with reason:

libunwind-20211201_2

It will likely be over a week before git shows
up from a new build, given the 10..12 day or so
time between build starts, the bulk's build time,
and the time to update the distribution servers.
