I'm stucked in https://github.com/Xenoveritas/abuse/issues/26 about correct license(s) to use on port. Hello Matthew,

Well, I was t= hinking that this should be the best solution for this port because fork re= spects original history and code.

I'm stucked = in https://githu= b.com/Xenoveritas/abuse/issues/26 about correct license(s) to use on po= rt.

Thanks,

Given that the main difference from the current port and the fork you'r= e
looking at is the build system, and development on the original upstream code seems to have ceased years ago, so the actual game content between the two forks would be the same, there seems to me to be no particularly good reason to have both the original and the forked version in the tree.
Why not just take maintainership of games/abuse_sdl and update it to use the forked code?
