True. The silence, or near-silence, in Phabricator is sometimes deafening.

To the people who wonder why 
<https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-doc/pull/100> is not recently 
updated, it's not only the obvious answer (no-one responded); it's also 
because of apparent ignorance of things in Phabricator.
