Hi,

The 2023Q3 branch has been created. It means that the next update on the
quarterly packages will be on the 2023Q3 branch.

A lot of things happened in the last three months:
- - pkg 1.19.2

- - Electron 23, 24, 25 added
- - Firefox 114.0.2
- - Firefox-esr 102.12.0
- - KDE Plasma 5.27.6
- - KDE Gear 23.04.2
- - KDE Frameworks 5.107.0
- - Python 3.7 removed
- - Ruby 2.7 removed, Ruby 3.3 added
- - Rust 1.70.0
- - SDL 2.26.5
- - Xorg server 21.1.8

Next quarterly package builds will start on Sunday July 2nd and
should be available on your closest mirrors few days later.
