(...) ok, I've looked at src code and it seams that 2 and 3 clause is present. Should we use a comb: Multiple Licenses When part of a port has one license, and another part has a different license, use multi: LICENSE= BSD2CLAUSE BSD3CLAUSE LICENSE_COMB= multi LICENSE_FILE=${WRKSRC}/COPYING ?
