Hello world :-)

Could someone in a free moment please review the new port kconfig-frontends?

This port is a mandatory requirement for NuttX RTOS development on FreeBSD.

I have simplified the GUI part to use only ncurses as the gtk/qt part
is not used anyways and it pulls tons of dependencies. We may add
gtk/qt in future when needed. For now basic text interface is most
important.
