databases/influxdb: runtime: kevent failed with 78

When trying to run databases/influxdb on 13-STABLE and 13.1-RELEASE-p2 hosts running jails
(influxdb within the jail), influxdbd and its client, influxdb, dies:

[...]
runtime: kevent failed with 78
[...]

A while ago I opened up PR 265881 for this:

Do I miss something? Is there a special setting/property of the jail hosting influxdb I have
missed? As reported in the PR, when running influxdb on a CURREN box (outside the jail, on bare
metal) no problems at all occurs.
