New Ports: Security /axc and Security/lurch

Good Evening Folks,
I submitted the lurch port as three PRs. Security/libomemo went through.
The remaining ones are:
1) https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=266104
2) https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=266105.

I am hoping these two would not be delayed much longer. The fourth one,
which is still in its planning stage, is requiring much more efforts and I
would be happy to work with anyone interested in it.
