sysutils/loki build failed due to too many open files

Hi,

I've received my first ports fallout mail today. The port is working 
fine on my poudriere but failed on the official build server with "too 
many open files".

My assumption is, that this was a temporary issue because of too many 
ressources used (by other parallel builds).

I am not clear on the process. Will the build be retried automatically 
(when?) or do I have to create a PR or create a ticket to trigger that?
