Builds OK when NO_CHECKSUM=yes is specified.

I have rm'd distfiles/disable-privacy-sandbox.patch and re-downloaded to 
no avail.

It fetches from 
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ungoogled-software/ungoogled-chromium/master/patches/core/ungoogled-chromium/disable-privacy-sandbox.patch
