Looking for new maintainers for my ports

Hi ports@,

As I'm more and more lacking time to properly take care of my
ports, I'm looking for maintainers to take them over. This would
be particularly important for devel/bazel where upstream is very
active. You can find the full list of ports I'm currently maintaining
below. If you're interested to take over one or many of them,
please send a PR.
