armv7 targeting via poudriere-devel: lang/mono fails to build for 'configure: error: Invalid BTLS platform'

Note: This was using an armv7 poudriere jail on a aarch64 machine able to
run armv7 code.

Please report the problem to mono@FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the
"/wrkdirs/usr/ports/lang/mono/work/mono-5.10.1.57/config.log" including the
output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to
provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. a
/usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea).
