Committer needed for several postfix PRs

Could someone take a peek at the below PRs?  The port maintainer has not
responded in over 6 weeks:

I'm particularly concerned about 255809, since it needs to be done
before a mail/postfix35-sasl stub port can be made (the PR for that
has yet to be created), as mentioned here:
