https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=285769 Bug ID: 285769 Summary: science/zotero: links do not work Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: mikael@FreeBSD.org Reporter: grahamperrin@gmail.com Flags: maintainer-feedback?(mikael@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: mikael@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 259177 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=259177&action=edit Screenshot: Zotero 7.0.13_1, pointing at a link I installed Zotero long ago, but did not really use it. When I began using it, probably two weeks ago (Sunday 2025-03-16), I'm almost certain that links worked – a click on a link would open it in Firefox, my preferred browser. Shortly after I began using Zotero, links became ineffective. At the time of writing: grahamperrin:~ % pkg iinfo zotero zotero-7.0.13_1 grahamperrin:~ % uname -aKU FreeBSD mowa219-gjp4-zbook-freebsd 15.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT main-n276164-cd46e980134f GENERIC-NODEBUG amd64 1500035 1500035 grahamperrin:~ % pkg repos -el | sort -f FreeBSD-base FreeBSD-ports local-current grahamperrin:~ % Speeding through search results <https://forums.zotero.org/search/?Search=link>, I don't suspect an upstream issue. Assuming a regression somewhere in the ports tree: I checked out ports 54b31857a84b49c8d24558975925e5b5b143225a (2025-02-14). Now building 7.0.10 with poudriere, then I'll install to a new boot environment to compare. root@mowa219-gjp4-zbook-freebsd:~ # git -C /usr/local/poudriere/ports/default checkout 54b31857a84b49c8d24558975925e5b5b143225a Updating files: 100% (17796/17796), done. Previous HEAD position was d5c6e7cbf7e x11/xfce4-terminal: Update to 1.1.5 HEAD is now at 54b31857a84 science/zotero: Update to 7.0.10 root@mowa219-gjp4-zbook-freebsd:~ # -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
