PATCH: Codeberg Pages Server v6.2.1-r2

This patch fixed unwanted download of go 1.24.0 during fetch stage by add
go-pre-post-fetch step to patch go.mod used by go-post-fetch step. replace "go
1.24.0" with "go 1.23.0"
