[Bug 263601] java/bouncycastle15: only builds with Java 8

It seems there is now a version 1.80, however I unfortunately don't know enough
about Java packages to understand how to update the port. Regrettably it isn't
as easy as changing the version number in the Makefile, running make makesum,
and building as usual. Its seems there is a crypto dependency named
crypto-171.tar.gz which is no longer published as far as I can tell by Bouncy
Castle. There's an lcrypto package that's pinned to various JDK versions, but
the number of files was nearly an order of magnitude different.

Maybe the previous maintainer would be willing to offer some guidance?
