Installing nextcloud-php82-30.0.5...
pkg-static: Fail to rename /usr/local/.pkgtemp.www.y2jKB0T23cDO ->
/usr/local/www:Not a directory
*** Error code 1

As I have a symlink there:
[root@beastly /usr/local]# ls -al www
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root wheel 22 Jun 18  2024 www -> /mnt/DISK-13917166/www

What seems stange is that the (temporary) path is not within /usr/local/www/
but /use/local/  So maybe renaming /usr/local/www/.pkgtemp.bla.fasel ->
/usr/local/www/nextcloud would work as expected...
