Patch to correct dependency

databases/py-sqlalchemy-utils has a dependency on net/py-intervals in its
makefile. net/py-intervals doesn't exist, but devel/py-intervals does. The
only practical consequence for me was a lot of warnings when "poudriere
options" ran "make all-depends-list"; presumably if someone tried to build it
with the INTERVALS option on they'd have more problems.

The attached patch fixes the dependency to point to devel/py-intervals, and at
least shuts up the warning messages from poudriere.
