Update Nvidia driver to 550.144.03

Here are patches to update the Nvidia driver and related ports to 550.144.03. 
The information about the update for both FreeBSD and Linux only speak about
minor fixes:  https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/238860/

While I cannot confirm it, it looks this update may contain security fixes:
