Patch for libhomfly

* Use upstream release archive
* Add LICENSE_FILE definition
* Add libgc.so:devel/boehm-gc to LIB_DEPENDS
* Remove USES= autoreconf
* Remove patch file (fixed in release archive)

Poudriere testport ok 14.2-RELEASE (amd64)
