Error messages displayed by "zfs-stats -a"

On FreeBSD 14.2-STABLE, giving the "zfs-stats -a" command causes multiple "Use
of uninitialized value" error messages to appear.

This has been reported by 2 other people as issues directly in the GitHub issue
tracker for the project - https://github.com/mmatuska/zfs-stats/issues/10
(hence the "affects some people"), but since the author is also a FreeBSD
devdeloper, I reporting it here as well to induce triage.

The GitHub issue tracker has a fix for the first of the error lines, but the
second seems to be triggered by one or more missing sysctls if the VDEV cache
is not enabled.
