299bcfac7144 added some upstream patches to Doxygen on the ports' main line,
after 2025Q1 had branched off. This was committed in January by tijl@ but
already authored in 2024.  I therefore mistook this for part of the 2025Q1 and
blindly MFH'd 4bd9003d8ca98b85964a07b23454f3c2607e191b (which was called
3cf80a2187c4855c9b4af644c39e82db8321b10e on 2025Q1) and later reverted in
6887fc0a91ea8dbf56d26babfb8d0ca6a39c5965.

Call for decision:

Should we MFH the Doxygen parts of 299bcfac...? If yes, we also need to MFH
4bd9003d else it will break compilation with clang-19, which is the base
compiler in stable/14 currently, as reported in PR
