docproj_allow_full_gnuplot.diff

Was looking to have local version of FreeBSD docs for reference and noticed
that docproj wants gnuplot-lite, and that conflicts with the full gnuplot
install I use for my workstation. This patch adds a knob GNUPLOT to use the
full version instead of lite version for run depends. This produced the en
language docs without issue in html and pdf. Hoping this can be added so folks
running workstations with gnuplot use can locally build documents.

Not sure if there is a more elegant way of handling letting both work without
using a knob
