sysutils/vimpager.patch: Update to 20241028, Add flavor support to enable
compatibility with editors/vim flavors, Pet port{fmt,lint,clipy}
Updated pkg-plist.
Added ChangeLog to commit message.
- Fixes for vimcat.
- Fix vim bug: hang on blank Ins in scripts.
- Added flavor support to enable compatibility
with flavors of editors/vim.
- Pet port{fmt,lint,clippy}.
- Submitter becomes maintainer.
