Patch for sdl2_ttf

* Switch to upstream release archive
* Don't extract bundled libraries
* Adjust Makefile to more closely follow Porters Handbook

Compile tested on 14.2-RELEASE (amd64),
Poudriere testport OK 13.4-RELEASE
