[PATCH] [NEW PORT] mail/opensmtpd-filter-dkimsign DKIM filter for OpenSMTPd

This is an OpenSMTPd filter for signing emails with DKIM. It depends on
mail/libopensmtpd that I just submitted as well.

It's my first time writing a port so I hope it's mostly alright. Like with
mail/libopensmtpd, upstream provides a Makefile for OpenBSD and a Makefile.gnu
for Linux, but neither of them can be used directly with FreeBSD.
